Where’s that email?
It’s a fact many email programs make choices for you as to what is Spam or not Spam. When was the last time you checked the Spam folder to see if there is something important just waiting for your attention? Here are some tips, gleaned from MailChimp’s Help Desk, for ensuring you get the emails you want to receive.
For Outlook, which we use here at AMS, follow these steps to “unjunk” those important emails.
In the junk folder, right-click the message. From the drop-down, choose the Junk option. From that sublist choose one of the options available, such as accepting all messages from a particular domain.
